As the founding partner of Day Bryne & McIntosh, Kirk McIntosh brings over 40 years of experience to the firm. Kirk’s representation of over 3,500 trusted clients and 750 probate estates equips him with the skill and expertise to provide first-class representation to our clients. Kirk graduated from Western State University and has an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego. Kirk is a member of the specialty section of the Orange County Bar Association for Estates & Trust. Thanks to his decades of experience, he has tried cases in all 58 counties in California. 

Kirk is a beloved member of the Costa Mesa-Newport Beach Community. He founded the Newport-Mesa Soccer Classic, a not-for-profit regional children’s soccer tournament, and has been named one of the most influential people in Orange County ten times by the Daily Pilot.
