Jack Day is a partner and director of litigation at Day Bryne & McIntosh. He has significant experience representing companies, individuals, and classes of individuals across a range of industries, including entertainment, finance, emerging technology, and consumer products. Jack brings a focused and strategic eye to his practice and tailors a litigation strategy for each client’s needs. As a well-rounded advocate, Jack is keenly aware of the importance of the art of negotiation and has used his skills to deliver numerous favorable settlements for his clients.

Prior to Day Bryne & McIntosh, Jack learned his craft at international law firm O’Melveny & Myers and litigation boutique Glaser Weil. Jack has represented many Fortune 500 companies and litigated against the U.S. Deparament of Justice in complex, high-stakes cases. His experience equips him with the skill and sophistication to deliver premium litigation services at a competitive cost. 

Jack graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California, Irvine School of Law. While in law school, Jack won UCI Law School’s Moot Court competition and was awarded runner-up best brief.
